Our authentic 2-story barn has plenty of room to be the backdrop for your dream wedding, all the while being surrounded by fresh air + breathtaking country views.  Get ready in our cozy bridal suite, walk down the aisle in The Pines or The Chapel, take advantage of the most beautiful photo spots, dance the night away in The Barn, and enjoy a cozy evening fire with s’mores + yard games.

OUR SPACES

THE PINES

A 30 year old Pine Forest with trees in perfect rows, with tons of natural beauty + color.  The little clearing in the woods is the perfect spot for a shady, outdoor ceremony + honestly our favorite spot on the property.

BACK DECK + GAMING COURTYARD

Located off the rear of our reception space is our spacious covered deck. It is the perfect spot for a guest to hang out away from the music, enjoying the outdoors + the scenic country views. Steps go down into a large grassy area with a fire pit, perfect for cornhole + s’mores.

THE BARN

An 18th century barn repurposed to host events for up to 175 guests while maintaining the original charm.  The barn holds restrooms, our bridal suite, + The Chapel on the lower level. The reception space is on the upper level.

BRIDAL SUITE

Our bridal suite is climate-controlled and has tons of natural light, making it a great place to relax + get ready. The suite is complete with a private restroom, large mirrors, chandeliers + 3 hair/makeup stations. We provide a complimentary coffee cart for your morning fix.

THE CHAPEL

Located in the lower level of The Barn, The Chapel offers a quaint + rustic ceremony backdrop or is a great rainy day backup.  Large vintage doors, original beams + twinkly lights create an intimate + warm ceremony space.

RECEPTION SPACE

Located in the upper level of The Barn, the twinkly lights and billowing white fabric draped across the ceiling create a warm + welcome space for any event.  The bar and back deck are accessed to directly from this space.

THE “FAMOUS” BIG OAK

Yes, we did name the family business after this tree.  It is a little hike to find the tree, but totally worth it for some of the best photo opportunities.  Down the lane, around the corner, through the field + into the woods, you’ll find yourself in a meadow with a 250+ year old Oak.

Our maximum capacity is 175.

We are a beer + wine only facility, we do not allow liquor.  All alcohol must be served by one of our certified bartenders during bar hours only.

Yes! We allow you to choose your own vendor team, but we do have a list of preferred vendors you can choose from that we know + trust.  If not on our list, your chosen caterer + DJ must be approved by a staff member before booking with them.   Please note, any + all food must be provided by a licensed caterer, with the exception of baked goods (we know the cookie tables are very important).

Easy! Fill out the contact form on our website with some additional information about your event including names of the couple, email address, dates of interest + any fun details you want to share. Once your form is received, we will personally review your request during our office hours + send out our digital brochure with any additional details requested. If we fit your vision + needs, the final page of the brochure gives you the option to schedule a tour. 

Our availability is constantly changing, the best way to get this info is to fill out the contact form with your date(s) + time frames of interest. We will get back to you with our digital brochure + current available dates based on your request(s).

Yes! We wanted to provide an option for those looking for smaller + more intimate weddings as we understand finding a venue can be difficult.  Our micro-wedding package offers 6 hours of venue access for up to 75 guests, with linens, décor, bartender + coordinator included.  Some booking restrictions do apply, inquire via the contact form for more information.

The Barn is not climate-controlled, but we do offer fans + propane heaters, and the restrooms + bridal suite do have an AC unit. We only book weddings mid-May to mid-October as Ohio weather can be quite unpredictable.  

In short, they make your life way easier!  Our coordinators are your point of contact at the venue for any questions that come up as you are planning.  Your coordinator will have 2 on-site planning sessions with you, create a wedding day binder with all the details, call your vendors to confirm details, facilitate rehearsal alongside your officiant, be on-site on wedding day to greet vendors + handle logistics so you can relax + enjoy the day.

  • Step One: Fill out a contact form and receive our digital brochure with all the info + specifics.
  • Step Two:  Show us you are interested by filling out the extra information within our brochure + schedule a tour.  During your tour, we will walk you through a wedding day with us + answer any questions.
  • Step Three: After your tour, let us know your desired date + that you are ready to book.  We will get a contract to you. You have 7 days to review + sign the contract, and then make your deposit (25% of the total due).  You’re officially on our calendar!
  • Step Four: Make the remaining payments.  We split your bill into 4 payments due at regular intervals.
  • Step Five: Planning sessions.  Meet with your assigned coordinator 90 days + 30 days out from your wedding day to discuss all the details. 
  • Step Six: On-site rehearsal.  Your wedding coordinator will work alongside your officiant to facilitate rehearsal.
  • Step Seven: Wedding day. Relax + enjoy the day, we got you!
