Get ready in our cozy bridal suite, walk down the aisle in The Pines or The Chapel, take advantage of the most beautiful photo spots, dance the night away in The Barn, and an enjoy a cozy evening fire with s’mores and yard games.

We provide each couple with a handy planning packet. This includes vendor recommendations, helpful planning tips, venue reminders, and more.
Engagement Photos
Each couple may use the property for engagement photos (must be scheduled with a Big Oak staff member)
On-site Rehearsal
Each couple may have a 1 hour rehearsal on-site (must be scheduled with a Big Oak staff member)
Wedding Coordinator
Each wedding is assigned to one of our talented wedding coordinators at the beginning of each calendar year. They will set up two on-site planning sessions with you, help guide rehearsal, and be by your side on your wedding day.
We offer various add-ons to help simplify planning including décor, linens, cake cutting, etc.

How many guests can your venue accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 175 guests.
Alcohol policy?
We allow beer and wine only. We have a no liquor policy.
Catering policy?
We allow you to choose your own vendors with approval by a Big Oak Meadows staff member, this includes catering. However, all food must be provided by a licensed caterer.
What dates do you have available?

Can I get a tour?
Absolutely, we would love to meet you! We require all our couples to do an official tour prior to booking. Please simply fill out the contact form with all your details to receive our digital brochure and we will be in touch to schedule a tour!

Step Three: Let’s Tour. Upon receiving the brochure submission, we will send you a link via email to set up a time to tour our venue.
Step Four: We are Ready to Book. Let us know you are ready to go and we will send out a contract. Sign the contract and make you first payment, and it’s official!
