Our Meadow Lodge offers a peaceful and rustic environment to host a variety of different events. These events include birthday parties, bridal & baby showers, family reunions, and graduation parties, as well as the ability to host overnight retreats.

The space for day events includes a kitchen, sunroom and large gathering room, as well as outdoor hang out space including picnic tables and a fire circle. The Meadow Lodge has accommodations for up to 36 guests for overnight events, with 6 bunk style bedrooms, each equipped with their own restroom.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Smaller gatherings can accommodate up to 64 guests for a sit-down event (baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, etc.).
  • Larger gatherings can accommodate up to 150 guests (grad parties, family reunions, corporate events, etc.) utilizing both indoor + outdoor space. Any event in an open-house style format is considered a larger gathering, and is only booked seasonally.
  • Overnight retreats can accommodate up to 36 guests.
  • Pricing is different based on the type of event.

As a small family-owned + operated business, we ask that you allow 2 business days for a response.  We respond to all inquiries + questions personally. Often, we do answer sooner, but we spend limited time at a desk +  are usually out mowing/landscaping, doing maintenance, cleaning, or managing events.

Yes!  We do have a few add-on options for your day event including linen, décor + vintage china dish rentals.  Additional fees apply.
