Kaylie & Brenden tied the knot on a beautiful fall day at Big Oak Meadows. The day was filled with rustic and eclectic touches that matched the bride perfectly. This one was truly one for the books!

The girls arrived early to start getting ready and definitely had some fun while getting hair and makeup done.

A wedding morning isn’t complete without some fun cups and drinks.

The photographer was able to capture some amazing detail photos. We LOVED the fun fall colors with the teal, and the fun country touches including cowboy boots.

The couple opted for a first look and private vow reading, as they were uneasy about experiencing that in front of an audience. It made for a beautiful and private moment at our Big Oak tree. They also exchanged gifts.

The couple took full advantage of our décor add-on and vintage china rental. They utilized all of our décor items for their table centerpieces, including lanterns, candles, vases, florals, votives and table numbers. They also our new neon backdrop sign, chandelier for the arch, and bud vases all around the venue. The bride created her own wood flower pieces for the sweetheart table backdrop and ceremony arch, they came out beautifully!

Despite several last minute changes keeping our coordinator and the DJ on their toes, the processional and ceremony went off without a hitch including some very enthusiastic flower men.

The ceremony incorporated a lot of personal touches and was super emotional as the brides father, step-father, and grandfather all gave her away and took part in a first look earlier in the day.

The couple chose to do something unique during their ceremony and included a branding ceremony. They branded their initials into a framed cowhide to hang in their future home together.

After the ceremony, guests headed to The Barn for cocktail hour. Our bride was feeling a little adventurous after taking pictures and decided to cut the sleeves off her dress before the reception, giving her a whole new look. A delicious BBQ dinner was served, the cake was cut, and dancing commenced complete with fun glasses and glow sticks.

Guests enjoyed a bonfire and a cool evening on our deck. The bride and groom enjoyed a private last dance while guests lined up for a sparkler send-off.
